For candidates who reside in Melaka - Others and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Manufacturing & Quality Assurance and possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from RM 2,800 - RM 3,800 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
- Perform QA function for daily operation
- Handle yearly Surveillance Audit and periodical Re-Certification Audit for ISO 9001:2015
- Ensure product quality meet clients’ requirements
- Minimize production scrap, customer reject and rework
- Lead few QC Inspectors
- Ensure all QC equipments are accurate and calibrated periodically
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Perform any ad hoc tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Polymer, Chemical or Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years related working experience
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 procedure, documentation and audit
- Experienced in handling Re-Certification Audit for ISO 9001:2015 an added advantage
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to handle customer complaints
- Can work independently with least supervision
- Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
