Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Quality Control (QC) Assistant. For those of you who live in Shah Alam/Subang and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, MARK'S FOOD SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD., and able to work under full time system.

The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,500 - RM 2,500. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Requirements

  1. SPM Level / Any certificate with food industry background.
  2. Hygienic & tidy.
  3. Good in written & verbal communication.
  4. Experienced in food industry will be an added advantage.
  5. Able to work on shift basis based on QA/QC working schedule provided. 

Responsibility

  1. Personal Hygiene operator – Check and update body temperature and PPE.
  2. Conduct lab analysis & verification of product quality (pH, brix, salt, viscosity, appearance & taste.)
  3. Calibration of metal detector.
  4. Metal detector checking on finished goods.
  5. Daily checking for weighing scale.
  6. Ensure overall GMP and GHP in production area is comply by all operators (all colour coded item are correctly use and etc.).
  7. Oversee all processing, cooking, packing in production.
  8. Ensure all production form is fill-up by operator accordingly (checking CCP are recorded and met by operators during cooking process).
  9. Random checking of packaging, sealing.
  10. Checking of labelling of product.
  11. Check temperature of product during loading for delivery and fill customer distribution form.
  12. Check and verify record for blast freezer and daily temperature monitoring (Cold storage).
  13. Receiving or Incoming checking of raw materials. Also to update receiving date of raw materials in each storage.
  14. Ensure a proper segregation of items in every storage (Allergen & Non-allergen)
  15. Incoming documentation checking and filing for DO/Invoice of items received.
