Our company Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems Asia Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Engineering & Mechanical, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of r&d engineer and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

As our R&D Engineer, you will be working in a Department consisting of various R&D teams in providing excellent services to internal and external customers in a hustle and bustle work environment.
- Guide, check & prepare the design documents.
- Carry out design activities in accordance with instructions, and to comply with Quality, environment and safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
- Ensure products meet lowest best price (raw material cost) in order to meet company sales target.
- Provide support in PreQ activity of Medium Voltage products.
- Troubleshoot various design problems / issues faced in shop floor.
- Adopt Customer first approach.
- Ensure there are zero Quality defects.
- Develop schedule achievement on TIME.
- Comply with company policies and work together in a team.
- Collaborate to enhance team synergy for company targets. Establish good internal / external relationship & communication being a good team member.
Desired Skills & Traits:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Design & Development roles and able to demonstrate basic technical knowledge.
- Fresh graduates with good interpersonal skills can be considered.
- Basic knowledge in AUTOCAD, NX, Inventor & Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel for typetest or business meeting if necessary.
