We are hiring for the position of Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant with full time working hours for our company office, ABP Tower Sdn Bhd, for residents of Kuala Lumpur and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher are highly needed. Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 1,500 - RM 2,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

  • Responsible for front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls, reservation, greet all guest and visitors with proactive and efficient manner.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & fluent English.
  • Hardworking, possess positive attitude & sense of job responsibility.
  • Good multitasking and time management skill.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Administrative assistant handling admin duties.
  • Attend the complaint from resident
  • To perform any clerical and administrative assignment & other task given time by time.
  • Working in 2 Shift (Morning & Afternoon)
  • Working days and off days to follow schedule.
