Responsible to greet and assist visitors as well as coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.


Monitor office reception area & entrance, office facilities, maintenance & admin operations. This includes:

·      Greet and assist visitor.

·      Assist all in and outgoing calls.

·      Assist meeting room booking and scheduling of meetings.

·      Arrange for refreshment for meetings.

·      Arrange courier pick up & manage incoming document/parcel before circulating to respective employee.

·      To prepare payment vouchers for office operations.

·      Replenish stationeries, pantry items and other office supplies.

·      To order employee business card and IC card.

·      Assist with monthly AJRP Staff Purchase orders & stock distributions.

·      Request delivery approval (for incoming vendor truck) from Building Management.

·      Plan & assign dispatch work as and when required.

·      Book appointment for company car service.

·    Process order & distribute Company T-shirt to AJRP employees.

Ensure cleanliness of office. Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.

Undertake any other duties as assigned.
