Job Description

Job Purpose

Scheduling and overseeing all electrical and machinery related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage all new machineries installation, overseeing all requirements to be able to support daily operation.
  • Manage periodic maintenance of facilities machines, equipment and instruments supporting the system operation.
  • Liaise with other departments during system interruption and manage trouble shooting and rectification on a timely schedule.
  • Operate and maintain all facilities equipment, instruments and channels inclusive of power substation, air compressors, air conditioning systems and cooling towers.
  • Responsible for electrical and maintenance.
  • Liaise and build networking with TNB, JKKP, Bomba and other relevant authorities for continuous operation and compliance.
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers to attain sufficient and consistent uninterrupted quality supply.
  • To ensure all task to be carried out in accordance with the environmental management requirement.
  • Overseeing the environmental performance organizations and developing, implementing and monitoring environmental strategies that promote sustainable development.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • At least 5 years experiences in Electrical and Maintenance.

Other Essential Attributes

  • Excellent interpersonal /negotiating skills.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and highly proactive.
  • Good problem-solving skills with proven ability to teach the same.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical applications.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, independent and meticulous with pleasant disposition.
