We are hiring for the position of Sales Account Executive/ Senior Executive with full time working hours for our company office, Federal Express Services (M) Sdn Bhd, for residents of Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan & Penang and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate and at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or higher are highly needed. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business as well as maintain and deepen existing customer relationships through face-to-face sales call in order to achieve personal sales targets and market goals within the small to large-sized customer segment
  • Incumbent must close new business with new and existing customers by carrying out the following
  • Obtain leads for new business through channels such as counter referrals, drivers, Inside Sales, “finder’s keepers”, chamber of commerce business lists, and the local newspaper
  • Gather information about customers’ business products and process, and their transportation challenges through face-to-face contact
  • Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and develop value propositions to meet those needs
  • Create a market based pricing structure
  • Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers
  • Deliver sales presentation to persuade potential customers to use FedEx products and/or services

Account Servicing:

  • Incumbent must support existing customers with effective customer education by carrying out the following:
  • Coordinate with internal resources to teach customers how to use FedEx tools and services
  • Answer customer questions about FedEx products or services during sales call
  • Create and execute implementation plans with the customers
  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met
  • Identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize them
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers problems
  • Contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs
  • Present review findings to customers using the available system reporting tools

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in any field
  • At least 2 years in similar industry or similar role
  • Strong knowledge in sales process and effective solution selling skills
  • Able to communicate clearly both in oral and writing, in English
  • Good IT skills, analytical skills, good thought process
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills
