We are hiring for the position of Sales Admin Executive (Property) with full time working hours for our company office, Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd., for residents of Ipoh and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of RM 2,500 - RM 5,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

  • To manage overall sales administration and credit control functions such as loan application, sales & purchase agreement signing and stamping, issue letters and other documents,
  • To attend billing, collections, correspondence and follow up with purchasers, sales inquiries, after sales service and complaints.
  • To maintain proper billing system for all documentations including agreement and correspondence with purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
  • Establish excellent customer relationship and provide a high standard of service to customers in accordance with company policy.
  • Act as a liaison officer for the Developer.
  • Undertake and execute any ad-hoc tasks as & when required.

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as need to cater to the related group of market.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales (Property)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
