We work closely with many brands in curating and creating gifting solution that fit their specific needs and branding messages. Our team is looking for a Sales Admin (Gift & Event Industry).

Job summary

As a Sales Admin (Gift & Event Industry), you will be act as the communicate window between clients and supplier. You will be responsible to convert enquiry into sales including operational arrangement and delivery process for our gift industry.

Your role will make huge impact in the following:

  • You will be ensuring full communications and coordination between customer(s) and supplier(s) and to prepare sales proposals and stock planning for customers.
  • You will be sourcing and working with various suppliers for the best terms in term of quality, price, deliveries and services with supplier.
  • You will be preparing sales report, delivery tracking, stock report and customer feedback for development.
  • You will be monitoring sales quotations, follow up with customers and take steps necessary to expedite execution of a purchase order to be confirm.
  • You will be identifying new product and maintaining a sustainable sale for our company.
  • You will be assisting in routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinate and other ad hoc assignments.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Possess at least SPM.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Candidates those have gift industry experiences from their previous workplace is added advantage.
  • Able to write and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia as the role required. If candidate able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage due to engage with the wholesale suppliers in China.
  • Working Experience in SQL Accounting System or its equivalent like UBS, MYOB etc. is an added advantage.
  • Photoshop skill is an advantage.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
