The competitive net salary we can offer is start from RM 1,600 to a maximum of RM 3,700, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

A few positions is available, not limited to below.

Position 1: Customer Excellence

To support business transfer, consolidating functions in Penang. Expert on various systems functionalities and business processes. Subject matter expert on CSR roles and responsibilities, identifying and resolving special issues pertaining to orders, products, and communications. Cross train with counterpart, planner, logistics & others to better understand processes in different entities.

  •  Expert on Model N functionalities and business processes covering REN-PWR, ANLG and EP, to manage Model N Helpdesk He/She will cover Asia/EU support while other team members cover US support.
  • Manage the re-routing of EDI workflow errors for REN-PWR to CSRs.
  • Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond all customer inquiries – coordinate as necessary with other functional areas. 
  • Work closely with team members to be each other’s back-up. 

Position 2: Customer Management

Subject matter expert on customer master data management, including global customer master data maintenance, governance & integration; as well as process standardization & improvement.

Collaborate with Regional Sales, Sales Operations, Distributor Analyst and IT.

  •  Perform global customer master data maintenance in Model N, SAP, Oracle and various web-based systems.
  • Active governance of customer master data to ensures master data integrity in key systems and maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operations is consistent and in compliance with company’s requirement.
  • To establish one process and customer database for Renesas’ entities and acquisitions.
  • Provide key improvements to existing processes and solutions.
  • Works closely with other teams to ensure alignment of master data rules.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors when required.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives plans across APAC regions.

Position 3: Funnel Management

Subject matter expert on funnel management, including but not limited to target setting, result tracking & reporting, data analytic and presentation, process improvement and monitoring.

Collaborate with Regional Sales, Sales Operations, IT and distributors.

  • Develop and maintain analysis reports to support strategic planning and decision making.
  • Provide support in terms of data analytic, preparing output from such analytic process to strive for process improvement and data driven decisions.
  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales funnel management process, including review and understand end-to-end business process, assess key control, and identify deficiencies, improvement opportunities and analyze root causes.
  • Continuous improve and monitor the sales operation productivity and efficiency.
  • To proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy & process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Power Point Presentation skills along with other MS Office products.
  • Analytical individual with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive, team player
