Job Summary:
This position will work in Global Sales and Marketing Unit as Sales Operation analyst for Reporting and analytic. This position will help to provide all Sales reporting activities support like data gathering from multiple sources, data validation and reporting.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, systems, process, and results oriented individual focused on driving sales velocity and efficiencies.
Your New Role:
- Support, drive, improve and document demand forecasting process
- Support monthly demand forecast process from data preparation, data consolidation and data validation.
- Consolidate, analyze, and prepare demand commit report for scheduled sales reviews / meetings
- Provide support on :
- Annual Operation Plan process
- Ad hoc reports for Global Sales Operations grou
- ETL process for new forecast system
- SME for new forecast system to support forecast owner on demand forecast input
- Project and system management including implementation, validation and administration
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Advanced Ms Excel and Intermediate Ms PowerPoint skills.
- Experienced dealing with data (data gathering, massaging, validation) and able to prepare report from raw data.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data analysis, forecast analysis.
- High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Sales Tools and ERP Tools.
- Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Strong analytic, problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
