We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Sales Support Executive. For those of you who live in Semenyih and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, LB Aluminium Berhad, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate with at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, & Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

MAIN FUNCTION:
- Canvas for new clients in overseas market, meet individual budgeted sales target, ensure client delivery lead-time within schedule and follow up with production department on customers orders and explore ideas on promoting company in overseas market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To maintain daily sales administration functions.
- Ensuring customer’s orders are processed to meet delivery dateline.
- To compile & provide to date information to Export Manager / Executives about customer’s order status.
- To attend to customers’ thru telephone order.
- To liaise with Finance Department to ensure credit / debit note are issued and provide sales report to Finance Department.
- Liaise with freight forwarder or Shipping Company for best quote and shipping schedule.
- Prepare documentary collection for Letter of Credit submission.
- Prepare confirmation of orders and invoices / DO to customers.
- Prepare internal purchase orders to Planning Department.
- To check with Molding department for completion of new die samples & Dispatch Department for final order received from production.
- Prepare & print out monthly report for outstanding accounts and customer breakdown summary.
- To be committed to and co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience in export environment.
- Able to work under tight datelines.
- Independent & able to make decision.
- Problem-solving skills & able to handle complaints.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good interpretation & negotiation skills.
- Able to canvas, maintain & manage customer relationships.
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
