As a competent company, we Givaudan are looking for candidates for the position of sales support specialist with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level, experienced in Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate and domiciled in Selangor and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Sales Support Specialist Your future position?

We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative responsibilities and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. The sales support specialist’s responsibilities include coordinating all sales related activities as and when support requested by the commercial team; provide customer service and manage office daily general operations related activities. The sales support specialist also extends support to other responsibilities as and when the needs arises. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative responsibilities for us and its executives and management teams.
  • Help the sales team to maintain customer data, to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material on a daily basis.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are un-available, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging de-livery dates, and supporting marketing events and projects.
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled.
  • Maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, pre-pare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Make our products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Ensure adherence to Givaudan regulations and policies and local laws.
  • Build back end support to commercial team including additional job requirements from reporting manager as and when assigned.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous but not necessary
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal.
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
