Job Brief 

Systems & Administration Sdn Bhd is principally providing secretarial, accounting, management and business services to growth-oriented and entrepreneurial businesses. As we gear towards expanding our business and with our continuous growth, we invite professionals and fresh graduates to join our team in Penang as Secretarial Associates

Responsibilities

To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory documents and attending board and members meetings

To attend to all corporate secretarial matters of the clients

Attend company meeting and advise on meeting procedures

Attend to clients’ request and any other task assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma / Degree Holder

Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

Preferably 1 year relevant working experience in company secretarial matters

Meticulous and detail-oriented

Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
