We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Secretary/Personal Assistant. For those of you who live in Seremban and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, SOKA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY MALAYSIA SDN BHD, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Description
• Provides efficient and effective support – administration, upkeep & safekeeping of documents including confidential files, scheduling & managing of appointments, co-ordination and following up, from the COO Office.
• Efficiently assists to answer, direct & manage phone calls to the COO office.
• Supports COO office to organize and schedule meetings and appointments including preparation of the venue (switching on air conditioning, AV set-up, writing materials, etc.) plus beverage, if needed.
• Prepares and files minutes of meeting, keeping strict confidentiality & accuracy.
• Maintains contact list of associates, government bodies and guests in support of COO for swift communication.
• Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms for quick and effective communication to needed parties.
• Develops and maintains a filing system for fast retrieval of information if needed and safe keeping.
• Books and coordinates travel arrangements and keeps travel records for all personnel.
• Provides general support to visitors especially to the senior management office plus when needed, to assist both CEO and Principal in performing their requests.
• Undertakes occasional receptionist duties where professional manner that reflects the ethos of the school, must be displayed.
• Supports and contributes to any other tasks from the COO in performing his duties.

The lower secondary refers to Key Stage 3:
Year 7 to Year 9 (age 11 to 15).
The upper secondary refers to Key Stage 4:
