Job Description
- Prepare full set of management account for investment holding subsidiaries ensuring company records, reconciliation and accounting schedules are properly maintained.
- In charge for month-end payment cycle includes verification of payments made, prepare payment vouchers and cheque, and initiate online banking payments.
- Assist in treasury matters including preparation of cash forecast and produce reports for funds placement for decision making.
- Ensure tax compliance and timely annual tax submission.
- Assist in preparing monthly group financial management reports and financial schedules for group consolidation and annual audit purposes.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in accounting / finance or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 – 4 years of related working experience in handling full set accounts.
- Proficient in computer skills, i.e. Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
- Independent, reliable and attention to details and sense of urgency towards deadlines.
- This position will be based at Hong Leong Industries at Kompleks Hong Leong Yamaha Motor, Sungai Buloh.
