We need you to fill the position as Senior Accounts cum Admin Executive for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Alor Setar and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 4,000 - RM 5,600, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

• Responsible for monthly full set of accounts.
• Ensure proper filing of the records (Company’s account bookkeeping).
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule and relevant notes to accounts.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Prepare bank reconciliation report monthly including treasury function (If any).
• To assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and other authorities.
• Any ad hoc assignments of financial reporting function.
Job Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree in Accountancy.
• Have experience in full set of accounts.
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in Accounting.
• Strong analytical skill, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills and proactive.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office & PowerPoint
• Have experience using SQL is an advantage for this
position.
