The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 3,000 - RM 4,500. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities

·        Performing administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments

·        Maintaining accurate and organized records, including filing and data entry

·        Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices, and processing payments

·        Assisting with monthly payroll and statutory submission to government authorities

·        Assisting with special projects and events as needed

·        Ensuring a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Job Requirements

·        Strong administrative and organizational skills

·        Basic accounting knowledge and experience with bookkeeping software

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
