We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 4,000 - RM 5,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description
- Manage and handle all HR related matters for both Malaysia and Singapore companies.
- Create and maintain individual employee files to record all aspects of their performance, including positive and negative feedback, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related documentation.
- Conduct regular employee appraisals and performance evaluations to assess employee development and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing HOD KPIs and quarterly reviews by providing support for HR-related tasks, such as organizing performance data and tracking employee progress.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Collaborate with other departments to address employee relations issues, manage employee benefits, and support talent acquisition and retention efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on a range of HR-related issues, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource/ Public Relationship
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with labor laws of Malaysia EA 1955 & Singapore EA 1968
- Experience in liaising and dealing with various government Agencies like Labour office and Local council would be added advantages.
- Experience within compensation & benefits and rewards management.
- Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
