We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Senior Executive / Executive - Sales & Credit Admin in our business office, Chin Hin Group Property Berhad.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry!   • Responsible for the operation of Sales & Credit Administration functions, including monitoring the Sales and Purchaser Agreement, loan documentation, progressive billings, and collections until delivery of vacant possession and in compliance with policies related to sub-sale matters, refinancing, and transfer of titles.
  • To attend timely to the SPA, loan, documentations to facilitate the bank loan drawdown.
  • To generate progress billing, re-notice billing, misc invoice, official receipt, redemption repayment timely and to ensure the progressive billings are send out to the respective purchasers and end-financiers in a timely manner.
  • To generate reminders letter and notice of termination in accordance to the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Monitor & follow up on the outstanding sum.
  • To keep track and follow up progressive payment with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors timely to avoid any late payment.
  • To ensure all data in system in accurate and up to date. 
  • To ensure proper filing of purchaser’s files and timely. 
  • To attend to phone calls or written correspondences with the end-financier, solicitor and the purchaser.
  • To evaluate new debtor or creditor requests and conducting client credit checks.
  • To report on overdue invoices and follow up on collections.
  • To prepare reports on the ageing amount & reason on a weekly basis to your superior and monthly reports for Management reporting.
  • To process and analyse debtor reports, ensuring there are processed in line with the company’s policy and procedures.
  • To follow up and coordinate with project team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certificate and utilities application, sales team for purchaser files matters as well as finance team for billing and collection matters.
  • To ensure to response the outgoing correspondence to purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors within the timeframe set. 
  • To undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in property development is required for this position.
  • Preferably Officers / Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (to deal with mandarin-speaking customer) 
  • Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result.
  • High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.
