BHD. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Senior Executive/HR Executive and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 2,500 - RM 4,500 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. - Enter and maintain employee data in system. Update employee movements including onboarding and offboarding (e.g., hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, resignation) and personal data
- Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, employee services, competency & performance, and payroll via ticketing system (Service Now), email or phone.
- Produce employee documentation as per defined processes and requests, highlighting gaps to Team leader
- Maintain employee service (e.g. leave of absence) data in the system such as leave data administration, return to work, leave extension and cancelation
- Maintain compensation and benefits data in the system (salary data changes, employee bonus data, off-cycle salary increment etc.).
- Perform administration on all documentation including, but not limited to, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P File, and other compliance documentation. Generate letters using build-in templates in the system.
- Escalate non-standard or exception requests for approval/ issues in a timely manner regarding HR-related matters to Operations Manager.
- Attend to All ad-hoc assignments.
Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
· Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources with 4 years’ experience in recruitment.
· Creative and able to think out of the box
· Professional working proficiency in two or more languages
