About the Role:

As the Manager of Talent Management, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end Talent Management initiatives. This is a high impact individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Organization Development and contributing strategically to our overall transformation agenda.

What you will get to do:

  • Support Head of OD to manage leadership and talent pipelines by defining / refining talent management framework (strategies), processes, and tools.
  • Lead, manage, and implement talent management initiatives (end-to-end processes) across the organization, covering but not limited to
  • Identify / review critical positions
  • Succession planning
  • Talent acquisition / identification, incl. defining talent profiles, etc.
  • Talent review / assessment
  • Talent development, incl. learning programs, job rotations, mobility, etc.
  • Talent retention
  • Talent compensation
  • Develop and maintain talent pool (database) to support both organization’s needs and individual career growth, e.g. to drive digital literacy, to build a future ready workforce, etc.
  • Act as Program Manager for leadership development, talent development, and other organization development / strategic programs, incl. CEO Power Breakfast, Senior Management Coaching & Mentoring, Management Trainees, etc.
  • Partner with Talent Management Committee, HBU, HRBP, and SMEs (internal / external) to
  • Identify learning needs (competency gaps) of talents
  • Design and develop innovative solutions
  • Implement the programs
  • Measure the program impact
  • Implement a variety of scalable delivery methods, covering
  • Facilitated learning, i.e. classroom, virtual, etc.
  • OJT, i.e. coaching, mentoring, project based, etc.
  • Self-directed learning, i.e. mobile, e-learning, etc.
  • P2P learning
  • Possibly manage, lead, coach, and develop a team of talent specialists.
  • Lead TM department to deliver commitments related to BAU and Initiatives, e.g., manpower planning, succession planning, talent review, etc.
  • Research and incorporate best practices to drive continuous improvement in talent management and development, covering people, process, technology, etc.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 3+ years in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, HRBP, or management consulting.
  • Implemented talent management and talent development initiatives (end-to-end) for at least 2 distinct job grades, e.g., from management trainees up to senior managers.
  • Passion in talent development covering knowledge, skills, and ability (attitude) across various job functions.
  • An experienced outcome-based talent program designer, developer, and coach.
  • Able to use data to clarify talent pipeline, gaps, and program impact.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management.
  • Results driven and comfortable with an agile / entrepreneurial environment.
