The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,600 - RM 3,700, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

  • Design and develop talent/ job profile, core competency, individual development plan, talent assessment results and career progression.
  • Facilitate talent review process, including performance and potential calibration sessions.
  • Responsible to advise to Head of Department and Managers on Strategic Talent Management related matters.
  • Lead and monitor key strategic talent, succession management projects, change management and talent management initiatives.
  • Monitor the movement of talent across the organization, identifying pipeline gaps and providing Company – wide insight into talent development & learning strategy.
  • Develop talent management metrics in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR team.
  • Develop, initiative, maintain effective programs for talent pipeline and succession planning including vendor and cost management.
  • Develop career pathing framework all staff including leadership talent segments.
  • Facilitate succession management process of identifying key positions, building internal and external successions plans.
  • Design, develop development plans for talents and ensure the success of the implementation plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement of organization’s talent management practices, systems, process and tools.
  • Responsible to ensure all Strategic Talent Management transaction for initiatives and project related budget utilization are within the approved budget allocation.
  • Identifying critical positions that are instrumental to achieving strategic and operational goals.
  • Support monitoring of overall HR project and initiative implementation based on project implementation approach including generating report and analysis where applicable.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and keep abreast with business requirement for performance related best practices, trend by attending related learning courses and business-related conferences, programs or certifications.
  • Identify learning gaps, deploy development plans and provide feedback for improvement to subordinates.
  • Perform knowledge sharing to others upon returning from related learning programs on best practices and lesson learn for improvement.
  • Perform other work for assignment.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Degree holder in HRM, Business or related qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience with proven development in job profile/role profile and job competency.
  • Possess industry related knowledge of overall Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of managing staff retention, development activities including related talent management system and processes.
  • Exposure, experienced in Talent and Succession Management projects from design to implementation.
