A Service Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative and support functions for a service team or department. The role typically involves working closely with service technicians, customers, and other internal departments to ensure that service requests are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service records, including customer and service technician’s contact information.
- Parts management: Maintaining inventory levels and ordering parts as needed to support service requests.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between service technicians and other internal departments to ensure that service requests are effectively managed.
- Service branch management: Execute SOP given by HQ to streamline the operation in service branches.
Requirements:
