Our company EXQUISITE MARQUES SDN. BHD. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of service advisor and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,200 - RM 3,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

What is the role:
- Schedules service appointments;
- Advice customers about necessary service for routine maintenance;
- Enter itemized estimated cost on service order and explain estimated cost to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided;
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, provided by the technicians. To prepare quotation to customers;
- Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and all items identified for service/repair have been carried out;
- To liaise with spare part personnel and also parts supplier for supply of parts;
- To ensure customers’ needs are met – Establishes “promised work and time”;
- Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly;
- To provide total customers experience;
- Invoicing and make courtesy call reminder to customer on their payment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- SPM and above
- Must possess knowledge of basic automotive;
- Ability to interact with peers, superiors and customers;
- Willing to work under stress and also ‘workshop’ environment;
- Possess at least 1 year experience as Service Advisor in an Automotive shop.
