  • Deliver the service analysis module of the SmartCare solution according to the contract and customer requirements, and take responsibility for the delivery success, acceptance, and customer satisfaction of the service analysis module.
  • Customize and implement the solution of the business analysis module based on customer requirements, solutions released by service products, events of different networks, and specific requirements. Design the LLD of the delivery solution/topic in the delivery phase, check the deliverability of the solution, implement the solution based on the LLD, and present the value of the delivery solution/topic and report to the customer.
  • Support the demarcation and analysis of CS/PS KQI/KPI service KPIs, provide service analysis reports, demarcate abnormal KPIs, identify the problem scope, provide handling suggestions, and trace the problem resolution.
  • Analyze and handle network-level or single-user-level problems, such as service quality monitoring, complaint handling, and VIP care.
  • Be responsible for model optimization, such as modeling data analysis and cleaning, model training and verification, and solution delivery and implementation.


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering or other related fields
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in networking and telecommunication, such as familiarity of telecommunication work system is an added advantage
  • Have professional knowledge in wireless network planning and optimization, core network, and datacom. Rich experience in engineering, maintenance, or data mining in the mobile communications field.
  • Have general knowledge of carriers’ basic O&M architecture and basic database knowledge.
  • Have good customer communication and requirement guidance capabilities.
  • Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
  • Able to interact well with junior-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
  • Able to work well in a team, and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members.
  • Willingness to accept frequent travelling assignments abroad.
  • Fresh graduate with passionate learning attitude is encouraged to apply.
