Our company Unigreen Chemicals Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Selangor and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Primary/Secondary School/O Level and experienced in the field of Services & Logistics/Supply Chain, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of shipping executive and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 2,500 - RM 3,500 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Handling bank’s LC and shipping documentation of incoming/outgoing shipment.
- Shipment and Transport arrangement.
- To coordinate with forwarding agents, freight forwarders, local/overseas suppliers and customers.
- To ensure proper documentation, records and filing.
- Any Ad-Hoc matters which may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate will based in office at Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
- Candidate must possess Min SPM or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in handling shipping documentation is required.
- Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Possess good communication and pleasant interpersonal skills plus ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Able to Prioritize Multitask, customer oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Full Time Position Available.
- Candidate who is able to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
- 5 days a week
