Job task
- To ensure the orders are processed in an efficient and profitable manner.
- Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate.
- To responsible for maintaining inventory and accurate product data on items to support the production.
- Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.
- To prepare a weekly pull plan for suppliers and keep track of supply progress.
- To monitor and coordinate supportiveness of items with related internal department to ensure that all orders are delivered to customer according to given timeline.
- To process orders with relevant internal departments and update order support to customers.
- To prepare a weekly order fulfilment (On Time Delivery) report to the superior with information on the reason of supply failure.
Skills Required
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, customers and suppliers.
- Negotiation skills to work with customers / suppliers and make better deals for the company.
- An understanding of order processing software platforms.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
Requirements
- Full-time position(s) available.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Selatan (Taman Impian Emas).
- Candidate with ‘After sales business’ experience is an advantage
