Our company Arvato Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of system administrator and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Service Operations Application Administration team, the Administrator is responsible for management of the continuous operation of the service operation tools used at Arvato Systems. This includes configuration, asset, event and service management. The field of activities are as follows:
- Optimization of the identity and access management (IAM) of the service operation tools
- Configuration and administration of service operation applications in the (public) cloud
- Implementation and coordination of system migrations
- Administration of the central service operation tools for configuration, event, and service management (incident-, problem-, change management, request fulfilment)
- Application management with the topics of installation and deployment, acceptance tests (QA), monitoring, patch/release/vulnerability management, software licenses and operational management documentation as well as 1st and 2nd level support.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies as a Bachelor/Master of Science (Computer Science) or successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f) with a focus on systems integration or application developer
- Confident handling of the operating systems Unix/Linux and Windows
- Experience with the operation and administration of enterprise applications
- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and database queries (SQL)
- Experience with the configuration and operation of Micro Focus CMS (Configuration Management System), Micro Focus OBM (Operations Bridge Manager) and Micro Focus Service Manager is desirable.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management is desirable
- ITIL process knowledge is desirable
- Project-oriented and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension skills
- Sense of responsibility and quality-conscious working style
