- Well organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our training and development programs.
- Responsible for coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to our training team.
- Managing the administrative support e.g; preparing training material, training database, compiling feedbacks & training reports, HRD Corp related documents.
- Responsible in coordinate the training activities – training schedule session, arrange accommodation for trainer & clients.
- Responsible in customer services ad-hoc – responding participant inquiry, responsive email for internal & external.
- Assist the management of the training budget – tracking expenses, processing quotation, prepare the invoice, billing information.
- Coorperate with external vendors 6 Admin Ad-hoc required by team.
- Attention to details & able to accurately check implement work.
- Soft & Hard Communication Skills – both written & verbal, to effectively communication with team members & stakeholders.
- Teamwork – to work cohesively as a team player and collaborate effectively with others.
- Multitasking 7 Time Management Skills & Organization
- Good working attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in documentation – Words, Powerpoint, Excels, Microsoft Office, Email Etiquette.
- Knowledge in handling Social Media – Editing skills (Additional Advantage)
- Able to work under pressure.
