We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 2,500 - RM 5,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and contribute to the development of user-centric digital products. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. Your primary focus will be on designing, prototyping, and creating digital interfaces (using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript) across various platforms to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, develop high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes that align with project goals and user expectations.
  • Create well-designed and tested code using best practices for web development, including for responsive design and mobile display
  • Develop interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript practices.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Incorporate user feedback and data analysis into design iterations to continuously improve user experiences.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to UI/UX design principles and brand guidelines throughout all projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in web design, multimedia design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Web or UI/UX Designer or a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVisio, Figma, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) MUST be a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design problems.
  • Able to work in office, located at Penang Bayan Baru.
