We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Warehouse Manager. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 6,000 - RM 7,300 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance to workers at all times, provide assistance to downlines for solutions when they have difficulties in handling the problem
- Schedule and oversee the warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Ensure effective ways of handling Sales Orders (SO) to achieve accurate and on-time delivery to customers.
- Ensure and monitor the inventory section to ensure proper arrangement for stock-take in a timely manner.
- Ensure Compliance with the FIFO system by subordinates to prevent loss on expiry.
- Liaise with the Import department and Marketing team to ensure a sufficient supply of goods and packing material to meet the demand for marketing planning.
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization to streamline operations, improve picking accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory, manage stock levels, and generate reports.
- Improve the recording and controlling method to ensure the accuracy of stock quantity.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at Balakong, Cheras.
- Candidate must possess at least 5 years of hands-on working experience as Warehouse Manager.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
