ACCOUNT
- Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance management
- Responsible for the preparation of full set of monthly management accounts and oversee the process of journals, bank reconciliations, reconciliation to sub-ledgers, balance sheet sub-schedule.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports/financial statements for financial review and liaising with banks, auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and other regulatory bodies.
- To ensure that accounting records and reports prepared are in accordance with sound accounting practices, accounting and company policies; identify and implement improvements whichever are appropriate to achieve maximum financial efficiency.
- Consistent reviews accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead and work with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform monthly account reconciliations, and monitor general ledger transactions.
CLERK
Job Description:
-To assist lawyers in preparing letters and certain court documents;
-To liaise with dispatch, clients and court officers;
-To assist lawyers with filing of court documents and other government agencies documents;
-To assist with simple firm administrative works; and
-To any other general works of the firm.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Minimum STPM or Diploma in any field;
– Can write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and simple English;
– Willing to learn and able to work under instruction;
– Able to work in fast pace;
– Good attitude, trustworthy, honest;
– Fresh candidates who just finished school or just graduated with no working experience are encouraged to apply provided must be willing to learn hard.
