As a competent company, we iMEC are looking for candidates for the position of admin assistant with full time work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Not Specified, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in Penang and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration including of telephone calls answering, postage/ courier, incoming and outgoing mail & all company documentation.
  • Filing paper records and maintaining electronic records of all types of financial transactions, maintaining filing of all paper works and electronic files on company servers.
  • Responsible in the Company’s daily office operations & administration matters; including but not limited to daily administrative tasks, recruitment, filing incoming resumes and arrange interview, picking up calls, taking down messages, employee disciplinary & domestic enquiries, arrange courier services & mailing matters and etc.
  • Responsible in the Company’s ISO and QAQC implementation plan, which including but not limited to, planning, implementation, monitoring of practices, certification processes, and etc.
  • Responsible for the company ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 time to time update and ISO & OSHAH fulfilment.
  • Responsible to the company ISO documentations, documents control and distribution.
  • Maintain proper record for Company assets control, including PC and laptop log in details, company car services/maintenance and also car user records.
  • Responsible for office repair/maintenance, utilities, routine services, stationery and sundries then compile all billing submit finance for payment purposes.
  • Responsible to monitor Company website, domain and create new staff emails, set up emails for new join staff/ de-active resigned staff emails & etc.
  • Assist in the finance tasks, including but not limited to handling of company accounting system and accounting/financial matters in compliance to Malaysian laws and regulation; company finance & financial policies etc.
  • To execute any other tasks, duties or responsibilities on ad hoc basis as instructed by the superior and the Management which is not mentioned here otherwise.
