We need you to fill the position as Admin Assistant for our office.
This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Kajang/Bangi/Serdang and its surroundings.

If you are a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support, a person who honesty and discipline, then you are highly awaited in our company.
The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 1,800 - RM 2,600, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Administrative and executive secretaries perform liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of managers and professionals and/or prepare correspondence, reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.
- Tasks include –
- Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
- Preparing of quotation, payment vouchers and invoices.
- Responsible for general administration works and other relevant tasks including those related to company’s products.
- Handle customer OEM and arrange stock delivery.
- Assist in preparing necessary reports.
- Assist in the credit control and collection of customers’ payment.
- Working 5.5days
