We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 2,800 - RM 3,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin Executive cum Personal Assistant with Data Analysis and Forecasting Skills.

Job Description:

– Conduct data analysis on various datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends relevant to the organization’s goals.

– Perform administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and document preparation.

– Provide personalized support to the senior management team, assisting with both professional and personal tasks as required.

– Collaborate with teams to gather, compile, and synthesize data for reports, presentations, and strategic planning purposes.

– Study and interpret reports, identifying key findings and suggesting actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

– Utilize statistical tools and software to perform quantitative analysis and calculations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

– Assist in creating forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant variables.

– Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies and decision-making processes.

– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle confidential documents with discretion.

– Support in the preparation and delivery of high-quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

– Monitor and track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, providing timely updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speak and written)

– Proven experience (2 years) in administrative roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

– Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, NAV, or similar software.

– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and preparing reports.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make informed recommendations from data.

– Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

– Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to thrive in dynamic environments.

– Previous experience in forecasting, statistical analysis, or market research is a plus.
