The starting salary we can offer is in a range from RM 3,700 - RM 4,200, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS

  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Monitoring daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments) , ensuring schedules and objectives are met by employees.
  • Supervise and evaluate employee performance , motivate staff to perform their best ; identify hiring needs.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Assist to resolve customer issues and complaints if any.
  • Products development & marketing tools including research / Sourcing products or good service suppliers.
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data, like revenues, expenses and competition , analyze company operating costs, budgets and resources.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Company Assistant Manager or similar position.
  • Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Education experience in Business Administration or relevant field.
