We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Business Development Manager. For candidates who reside in Bukit Mertajam and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at GDT SDN. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

A business development manager (BDM) works to develop business relationships or strategic partnerships on behalf of an organization. The specified duties:-
- Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using
- prescribed sales methodology to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company customer base and generate profitable sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, existing clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and deadlines
- Possess strong presentations and convincing skills.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify global trends, market competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and others functional team to ensure a smooth execution of customer orders and shipments.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s services and competency.
- Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested.
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Minimum Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Able to travel to outstation for meeting customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
- Good attitude, Independent & Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Committed and result driven
- Capability to grow in a competitive environment..
