We are hiring! To candidates with Professional Certificate which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Hotel/Restaurant & Food/Beverage/Restaurant, we ALU-ALU KITCHEN, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as chef and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Kota Kinabalu and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 5,000 - RM 10,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Expert in the preparation of food based on live raw materials (Fish/Prawn/etc) to produce an artistic menu;
- Specialize in the development of new menu;
- To lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations of the kitchen;
- To ensure and maintain the standard of food presentation, quality and food safety requirements;
- Responsible for the correct timing during service and that food served is always of the highest standards
Requirements
- Has effective managerial and leadership skills, flexible, creative, team builder and player, goal-oriented
- Minimum 8 years work experience as Chef in a large seafood restaurant with good standards
- Culinary certificate or qualifications preferred
