Job Description:
- Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
- Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities Urgent Recruitment of Documentation Executive for high fashion garments export house.
- Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C, BC & BRC documents, Airway Bill and/or Bill of lading, Proforma invoice & Commercial invoice.
- Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.
- Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC.
- Knowledge of prevailing customs rules and regulations.
Job Requirement:
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
- Preferable: With 2 year experience in logistic industry
- Able to Communicate in English, Mandarin, BM to deal with vendor/supplier in China
