Human Resource
- Managing staff and manpower attendance followed by the monthly payroll and leave matter
- Coordinate the HOD in the hiring process.
- Coordinate and assist on staffs performance evaluation
- Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with the HOD to systematically develop and manage the business’s HR policy
- Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, wage settlements, and dismissals
- Ensure the application of labor laws in Malaysia especially Labour Ordinance in Sarawak
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Coordinate in expatriates work permit matter
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the HR related tasks
General Affair
- Assist Finance & Account Department on company asset management
- Coordinate in company vehicle management
- Coordinate in company lodging management
- Coordinate in general purchasing matter
- Document Control
- Assist HOD in General Affair related tasks
