We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Building/Construction & Civil/Construction with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Description
- Develop product design concepts according to Architect’s / Façade Consultant’s contract drawings and specifications.
- Lead and motivated a team of draftspersons to prepare shop drawings, part lists and manufacturing drawings.
- Plan, Implement and monitor design development and shop-drawings production schedules.
- Ensure product design development costs within budget constraints
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in architecture, design, engineering-related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience design of construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of current AutoCAD
- Able to interpret drawings, technical manuals and to follow quality/control procedures
