The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of RM 2,800 - RM 3,400. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Position: Parts Supervisor (Automotive)
Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 + OT
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon – Thurs) / 8.30pm – 6.00pm (Fri) / 8.30am – 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off)
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Responsible for inventory planning and monitoring parts movement & demand and manage stock, rush and VOR orders. Administer monthly stock, rush / VOR order ratio
- Manage price quotations, parts order & requisition from service dept, body shop, independent workshops (4 th level sales), counter sales and overseas enquiries
- Carry out periodic and annual stock check & communication with Accounts Dept
- Identify slow moving parts, obsolete parts for regular review and take correction actions when necessary
- Maintain 99% stock accuracy
- Develop processes and policies to improve workflow and methods to maximize warehouse capacity and staff productivity & efficiency
Parts System Administration
- Manage data entry of parts information into Autoline system from shipment received from PDC
- Creation of new part numbers, if required
- Administer price and landed cost adjustment monthly
- Analyse and forecast parts movement & demand and sales
- Process invoices for approval and payment
Warehouse & Logistics
- Monitor all warehouse operations and follow up on parts claims and related matters
- Lead the parts team under your charge and oversee warehouse operations including inbound / outbound and logistics management
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness is carried out and maintained in the warehouse
- Ensure safe workplace practices and ensure the safety of staff
- Ensure that the warehouse is properly secured after working hours
Parts, Accessories & Lifestyle Business Management
- Monitor parts, accessories & lifestyle orders submitted to PDC to meet our yearly total parts purchase target
- Meet monthly parts, accessories, lifestyle retail sales targets
- Identify and propose reliable new business partners to meet our retail sales targets
- Monitor parts, accessories & lifestyle profit margins & all other retail sales activities
- Propose and execute lifestyle road show and in-house events’ mechanics and activities to meet our objectives and targets
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant automotive parts experience
- Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
- Preferably with knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogue
- Proactive and strong team player with initiative
- Experienced in supporting workshop and external customers
- Basic knowledge in MS Office
- Comfortable to work OT and on weekends
