We are hiring for the position of HR & Admin Executive with full time working hours for our company office, CK MOTOR (S) SDN. BHD., for residents of Kota Kinabalu and its neighboring areas.

· Handle payroll including advance salary
· In-charge for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDF monthly contribution
· Processing employee data, maintain systematic filing system and properly updated
· To monitor and manage staff leave application, medical claim and attendance
· Process recruitment (screening, interview and test candidates)
· Handle resignation and staff issues / benefit conflict with the company
· Co-ordinate training activities and manage diaries
· To perform administrative, office support activities and stationery purchase
· To perform reception activities such as handling phone calls, e-mails, etc
· Any other duties as reasonably requested by Director
Requirements:-
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification in Human Resource
· Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Tools
· Required language(s): Malay, English and Mandarin
