The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing and administration which include the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form and filing of Form E.
  • Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
  • Liaise with all statutory bodies such as KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, Pejabat Tenaga Kerja, etc to ensure compliance of laws and regulations and to attend to matters that require follow up action.
  • Check and handle staff attendance and leave record.
  • Check and verify staff overtime claim.
  • Maintain a complete and up-to-date staff personal record in the system and staff personnel files.
  • Ensure accurate payroll transactions and updates which include salary, benefits, promotion, confirmation, resignation, transfer, etc.
  • Assist the admin department in all related administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist the Accountant in all company secretarial matters as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource and Administrative Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Working knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • Knowledge of Access UBS Payroll software.
  • Possess good knowledge of foreign workers recruitment process and permit renewal.
  • Well organised with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work independently with high level of integrity.
  • Work location: to be based in Ipoh, Perak.
