We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of RM 1,600 - RM 3,700 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

- Responsible for all IR/ER matters including handling all matters related to disciplinary issues, staff grievances, staff misconduct, labour dispute between employee and the company;
- Draft and issue disciplinary notices, verbal or non-verbal warning letter and proceed with necessary disciplinary action to resolve the matter;
- Consult and advise Department on appropriate disciplinary actions and processes according to Company’s policies and in compliance with employment law;
- Conduct investigation and domestic inquiry;
- Participate in negotiation of Collective Agreement with Union;
- Perform analysis / prepare IR related reports on employee and industrial relations and any other areas within the scope;
- To always keep abreast with the latest changes to HR legislation by authorities as well as latest judicial precedents on Industrial Relations dispute;
- Interprets the employment act and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement.
