Bhd. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as MARKETING MANAGER and able to work under full time working hours system.

We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of RM 6,000 - RM 8,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing marketing plan strategies and supervising reporting subordinates.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field will be preferred
- Min 5-8 years’ experience in marketing & sales in the Food industry will be added advantage.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
- Good presentation and effective communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to withstand pressure, positive-minded, and able to manage tight timelines.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Mandrin speaker language is an advantage.
