We offer a competitive monthly base salary from RM 2,600 - RM 3,500.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the administration and technical support for the entire IT system, including the hardware, software, network and communications system and CCTV.
- To resolve and monitor all IT system issues within minimal response time and minimal interruption to daily work processes.
- Monitor & liaise with appointed vendors on all the system software operating for maximum system availability/uptime.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems and databases.
- Responsible for updating all IT related documentation on timely manner.
- Responsible for all new IT related projects.
- Assist any other duty or assignment as and when directed or assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Certificate / Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT system technical support and administration. However, fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Flexible and able to travel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
