We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Muar and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Site Superintendent - MEP in our business office, Kelington Technologies Sdn Bhd.

Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, & Professional Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Building/Construction & Civil/Construction are especially required. Because our company values a competitive and professional work atmosphere, the candidates we seek must be dependable, honest, disciplined, and diligent.
We can offer you a salary that is generally between RM 3,500 - RM 5,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Lead construction activities for Mechanical, Electrical, Process Utilities contractors and liaise with CSA builders team.
- Coordinate site construction works for subcontractors and in-house workers.
- Ensure safety requirements are adhered to for all site activities.
- Report daily progress and daily manpower.
- Assist site observation and punch list closing.
- Perform pre-work and post-work checks.
- Ensure site construction according to approved drawings, standards and good practices.
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years and above work experience in industrial building construction involving building services such as Cleanroom, HVAC, Fire Protection, Domestic Water, Sanitary & Plumbing, CDA, Vacuum, Exhaust, Electrical, ELV systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpret construction drawings.
- Familiar with construction documentation such as Work Method Statement, Job Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, Grantt Chart Schedule, etc.
- Certifications from CIDB is an added advantage.
