JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To manage and lead the production planning department.
- To plan and execute and and effective control plan to achieve the delivery to customers.
- To investigate and highlight shortcomings to improve the delivery process.
- To involve in improvement projects such as reducing process lead time or manufacturing turnaround time
- To deliver an optimise plan which achieves delivery at the lowest costs
- To coordiante with production, quality and engineering team to ensure product delivery is smooth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of engineering, production management, or any related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a production controller or planner.
- Good knowledge in material requirements planning and related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills.
